This is excellent material helping any believer live a life of repentance and accountability. I have used this personally, and also with an individual I have mentored. I highly recommend this guide which gives you devotional material for six days of the week. This is not a quick, two-minute devotional, but takes 5-10 minutes, or more, each day. Well worth it.

This is a great workbook. My only complaint is that the scriptural approach is fairly narrow...so it is very helpful to read the scripture passages in their entirety to establish a context for a fuller and more accurate understanding. But, as it is, it's a thorough personal spiritual inventory that helped me to uncover several areas in my life that needed to change. There are also some great vignettes and stories of martyrs and missionaries...and some church history which is not always pretty.

This book is not just for people recovering from sexual addictions, this is a book for any Christian who desires to live a life in full submission to the Lord. It is also a book that will be helpful to men or women. I Highly recommend it.
